Little Venice Partners (LVP) realized they needed a secure cloud storage solution after a data breach revealed a partner’s private documents in Dropbox to a client. The alternative was to risk severely damaging their business.

The solution needed to serve LVP as a “virtual data room” during transactions. As the firm manages global projects involving several other firms at a time, it needed to allow seamless and secure sharing. Control needed to extend to shared files, as a firm leaving a project needed to lose access to shared documents. It also had to be easy enough to use so no training is needed for new firms joining projects.
