Comment on tasks
Comments on tasks inside Engage rooms enable secure discussions directly at the relevant workflow step. Questions can be asked, decisions captured, and coordination handled without switching to email or chat. All communication remains fully inside of your encrypted Engage room, reducing the risk of accidental data leaks. Assumptions can be clarified instantly, ensuring a shared context, while decisions are documented as they happen. At the same time, all interactions remain traceable and linked to the relevant task, supporting alignment and accountability.

Document-Editing
DOCX documents can now be edited directly within secure Engage rooms. Without downloads or switching between tools. Confidential files such as contracts, NDAs, and policy documents remain fully protected, with all edits encrypted and stored in context. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners becomes more efficient and secure.
