About the role:

Our team is responsible for:

User Forum Manager

The User Forum Manager is responsible for launching and promoting the Tresorit user forum and interacting with customers via it. You will become a brand advocate for Tresorit and ensure that customers receive a timely, relevant response; make sure that the forum remains an encouraging place; and also pass channel feedback to various teams within the organization. 

You should be able to engage customers in a meaningful discussion and share insights with the Tresorit team. Strong written and communication skills will be essential.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategy regarding the content creation and introduction on the user forum
  • Promote the user forum to both existing customers and new leads with the help of other Tresorit Marketing teams
  • Respond to customers on online forums with timely, relevant responses, while maintaining brand standards in responses with correct tone of voice and key messages

You must be an expert at making websites and other digital touch points compelling to the user, intriguing, simple to use and, most importantly, dynamically drive and convert visitors into sales leads.

As a leader, you will collaborate with and consult your internal stakeholders including product marketing, digital marketing including SEO, database marketing, content marketing, campaign management, customer experience, events, communications, corporate design and HR and manage the flow of incoming requests and initiatives acting as product owner and provide advice and best practices.

The Marketing Team is essential in helping Tresorit to rapidly scale its business internationally. As the VP Of Performance Marketing you will play a central role in developing our online marketing strategy and executing on this strategy through digital channels. In doing so, you will drive customer acquisition, product adoption and revenue. You will manage a team of digital experts and work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, Communications, internal development, product to achieve our business goals.   • You have 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth (SaaS industry preferred).

Lead Qualification Representative

The Lead Qualification Representative is responsible for prefiltering marketing qualified leads and assure all needed information is gathered and available for the sales organization for next steps. We are therefore looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and another language.

 Job responsibilities:

·        Receiving and reviewing marketing qualified leads and qualifying them on behalf of the sales organization (mainly desk-based with occasional calls)Carry out desk-based research about existing and new clients (including company verification, company size, industry, organizational structure with decision makers etc.)

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with various teams (UX design, engineering, product marketing, BI, customer service) to build Tresorit’s ultra-secure and easy-to-use applications and support our existing and new product initiatives.

The ideal candidate must understand what problems our users are facing and whys.

As a PM, you will shape and execute the product roadmap and define the associated release requirements for the development team.

This position reports to Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with various teams to ensure that new product requirements are correctly and completely understood; supporting engineers with clarifications and answers to questions throughout the development process
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify the best options for developing the right application
  • Continuous view on product
  • Evaluating product releases to ensure that new functionality has been implemented in accordance with specifications
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirement list, product roadmaps and other ancillary materials

Graphic Designer

Tresorit is looking for a Graphic Designer, who takes an active, hands-on role working in conjunction with our existing UX and Design teams to design layouts, website components, banners, sales and marketing brochures.

This role requires broad knowledge and intermediate skills in both print and web design. You will also collaborate closely with writers and localization teams to create the final layout of content materials.

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for creating marketing materials and creative components such as online adverts, landing pages, case studies, other online materials
  • Creating print materials like brochures and molinos
  • Maintaining design system library
  • Graphic user interface design, close cooperation with the developers
  • Preparing final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and visuals

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Experience with the common Adobe design tools (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Sketch
