VP of Marketing

As the VP Of Marketing you will play a key role in developing our marketing strategy and executing on this strategy through digital channels but also extending the other “traditional” channels.

You will manage a team of digital experts and work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, internal development, product to achieve our business goals.

You'll bring experience that spans across multiple digital channels, including SEM, programmatic, social media, affiliate, content marketing and mobile app acquisition. 

Besides mastering of digital channels, you will be also responsible for defining, refining, tuning persona campaigns, and content marketing as the content team and managing events in this role. You will drive PR activities aiming at increasing awareness of Tresorit, among enterprises by but not limited to leveraging world-class subject matter experts in-house.

Primary responsibilities:

You oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue, new product adoption, product penetration and utilization across multiple digital channels, including programmatic (display & video), Paid and organic search, social media, review sites, our referral program and mobile app stores.
You execute these strategies through both an in-house team of campaign managers and specialists in digital, content, database marketing and external agencies.
You are responsible for all budgeting, forecasting & reporting on key business health metrics, including weekly traffic numbers, marketing qualified leads, sales accepted leads, deal flow and return on investment.
You lead campaign planning and coordinate across the marketing organization to achieve the business results.
You communicate marketing plans and results internally to ensure the cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
You drive PR activities with a special focus on enterprises by but not limited to leveraging an in-house community of subject matter experts.
You lead the copywriting and content team to create magnetic content that will spark interest at the top of the funnel, drives interest towards mid and bottom of funnel.
You manage the Design team to develop creative strategy and messaging at channel level and to execute campaigns that drive brand consideration.
You drive customer lifecycle management to maximize engagement and loyalty for Tresorit products.
You are the owner of our event strategy and event management.
You work closely with the Sales Operations team to help them understand how we optimize value at the channel level and maximize pipeline generation for the sales teams.
You lead and grow a remote team, with a significant focus on developing career paths.
You lead contract negotiations and relationships with external vendors, partners and agencies.
You assure that we are aligned with all privacy regulations surrounding data usage and targeting, including GDPR.
You travel to Budapest and work remotely.

Desired qualifications and skills:

7+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of driving customer acquisition and loyalty and revenue growth (SaaS industry preferred).
3yrs+ experience as a manager of teams focused on driving customer acquisition, product adoption, product penetration and utilization and revenue.
You possess strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data to derive provide actionable insights; experience working with a Multi-touch Attribution technology would be an advantage.
You are technically adept with a finger on the pulse of trends and innovations within Digital Marketing & AdTech space.
You have experience in influencing and collaborating successfully with Product Management, Business Intelligence, Finance / Operations and Sales.
You have impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills, executive presence and experience communicating with C-suite executives. The ability to influence in a positive manner is paramount.

Digital Content Strategist & Copywriter

About the Role
Tresorit is seeking a data-driven Digital Content Strategist & Copywriter to join our performance marketing team. You will play a critical role in constructing a cohesive content strategy with a focus on our engaged visitor, buyer journeys, and persona development. Working with internal and external collaborators, you will collaboratively plan, oversee, and execute the strategy and mapping the content touchpoint from start to finish. 

Supported by our creative and editorial resources, you will be responsible for aligning the brand narratives with the team’s content strategies and editorial decisions. You will also play the role of a marketer, creative and editor, as you conceptualize and produce content assets that resonate with visitors, blog readers, and buyers across earned, owned, and paid platforms, to achieve our business goals and content marketing objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers, and building brand awareness.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all content assets. 
• Work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content assets that are coherent with our brand voice and strategy.
• Be responsible for developing the brand’s global activity calendar and aligning the execution with cross-functional teams.
• Track and advance the editorial calendar, and regularly measure and refine progress results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
• Apply SEO, content development, distribution, and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas.
• With the understanding of the best content practices on each channel, develop & align digital and social content channels including email, advertisement, or newsletter distribution.
• Assist with integrating content strategy and time-specific brand campaigns to drive campaign goals while maintaining high levels of agility in reacting & responding to current events and sentiments.
• Create and edit content, selecting storytelling opportunities fr all channels — owned, earned, and paid platforms.
• Establish strategies for media relations, seeking placements in print, broadcast and online channels, and create the corresponding content including press releases, articles, and presentations. 
• Build relationships with thought leaders and nurture brand awareness, while gathering knowledge of industry trends. 
• Test and implement innovative and relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns, and tools, keeping in mind the purpose of the derived results. 
• Direct the message hierarchy, content types, tone, voice, and creative interpretation of content so it is on brand and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Identify, manage and structure engaging and contextually-appropriate content and taxonomies
• Regularly audit and inventory online content to identify gaps in quality, compliance, standards, and branding
• Create the storyboards, content plan and voice assets for our Video distribution channels
• Lead efforts to identify new content/communication opportunities, re-purpose existing content, and surface other creative ways to create more meaningful user experiences and efficient processes
• Present clear, concise content strategies that help stakeholders make informed decisions about content. Strategies will focus on ensuring content is usable, findable, targeted by audience, aligned with best practices and marketing goals, and is developed with consideration of competitive analysis and research.
• Work with copywriters and editors to ensure that copy meets strategic objectives, business requirements, digital principles, and legal and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to writing and edition copy as needed.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve digital content, including mining user data and research, and conducting competitive assessments.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of digital content guidelines, standards, tools, and processes.

• Skilled at writing and copy editing, including writing in different voices and styles, for a variety of target audiences.
• Mastery of marketing tools and channels: digital, events, pr, communication, social networks, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console

Product Manager

The  Product Manager will work closely with various teams (UX Design, UX Research, Engineering, Product marketing, BI, Customer service) to build Tresorit’s ultra-secure and easy-to-use applications and support our existing and new product initiatives.

The ideal candidate must understand what problems our users are facing and whys.

As a PM, you will shape and execute the product roadmap and define the associated release requirements for the development team.

This position reports to Vice President of Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify the best options for developing the right application
  • Working with various teams to ensure that new product requirements are correctly and completely understood; supporting engineers with clarifications and answers to questions throughout the development process
  • Evaluating product releases to ensure that new functionality has been implemented in accordance with specifications
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirement list, product roadmaps and other ancillary materials
  • Demonstrating product features to internal staff, as well as to clients and prospective clients
  • Along with the Chef Product Officer and other Product managers, you will be responsible to understand and feel accountable for the definition, prioritization and delivery of initiatives that meet the Company’s primary objectives
  • Create and validate product concept with UX design and research  
  • Define and track of our market as well as technology trends in general

Qualifications:

  • 2+ experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, preferably in a SaaS company

Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you shape how we position our services and tell our story to our customers. You will take part in crafting messaging and positioning for our secure cloud service solution.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute product/feature launches across cross-functional teams (spanning Product, Marketing, Support, Sales) and related sales enablement
  • Through interviews, surveys, data mining, competitive intelligence and sales data, gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer profiles. Use this insight to build personas of the buyer across various industries, verticals, and business roles
  • Develop product positioning that differentiates Tresorit by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
  • Communicate the use cases and benefits of the Tresorit products to the sales and marketing teams and ensure that the content that is being created is helping to drive our ultimate business goals
  • Work with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product development roadmap and mitigate product gaps
  • Together with Performance Marketing team, by determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base
  • Initiate and maintain relationship with relevant market analyst organizations and review sites (e.g. Gartner, G2Crowd)
     

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the B2B software industry
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, having time consciousness and being able to finalize projects within given timeframes

Sales Engineer

Tresorit is looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our journey. 

You will represent Tresorit throughout the sales process. You will be responsible to work with customers and understand their technical needs and effectively communicate Tresorit’s solution. In this role it is also essential to contribute to the Engineering extending our product based on our customer needs.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of our product.
    Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provides product technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Prepares cost estimates in collaboration with Sales team by studying all related customer requirements.
  • Consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
  • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of services and products in customer environment.
  • Suggest engineering solutions and propose changes in services.

Legal Associate

Tresorit is looking for a Legal Associate to provide general support on a variety of legal matters, including IP/IT, commercial contracts, corporate and employment. As a Legal Associate, you would act as trusted advisor on legal issues to Tresorit teams. This position is within our Legal Team consisting of three lawyers and you would work across the organization. This is a full-time position based in the Budapest office of Tresorit.

 

Your tasks:

Supporting the day-to-day activities of Tresorit from a legal perspective
Drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts (in particular, IT service and marketing agreements), participating in contract negotiations
Employment law advice
Active involvement in the development and operation of internal legal processes
Providing training in legal matters for Tresorit personnel
Following legal developments and the latest cases relevant for the operations of Tresorit


You’re an ideal candidate if:

Degree in Law and completed Bar Exam
