Content Marketing Specialist

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and managing content that elevates the Tresorit brand with a strong focus on user engagement and education. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be a full-time member of the Customer Marketing team and responsible for shaping how we engage and activate Tresorit users via content.

What would you be doing?

  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets: increase user engagement and decrease churn metrics.
  • Collaborate with product owners and the sales team to define, deliver and implement new solutions.
  • Combine insights from user feedback, Sales and Product insights to curate content choices and iterations.
  • Keep an eye on product releases and make sure all materials are up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written communication skills and with experience in writing compelling messages to a consumer.
  • Ability to produce clean, quality content under deadline
  • Engaging, yet professional writing style
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking between assigned projects.
  • Enjoys and works well with a team
  • Previous troubleshooting or Helpdesk experience is a plus.
  • Experience in writing about IT or topics related to startups is a nice to have.

Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. What would you be doing?

  • Your main responsibility is to drive online traffic to the company website. To achieve this, you will be developing new digital marketing campaigns, and constantly measure, analyze and optimize existing paid and non-paid online campaigns
  • Deliver regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data, devise new ways to record and measure performance of acquisition campaigns
  • Track conversion rates, analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, with a strong focus on multi-channel attribution to make improvements to the website
  • Collaborate with the design, customer marketing and development teams for optimizing the conversion funnel

What you will be doing?

  • Your main responsiblities in this desk based role will be:
    • Operating Cold-calling 2.0 in terms of doing outgoing calls and sending out very targeted mails on a semi-automatized way to highly potential customers to schedule and generate high quality leads for sales to our Internal Sales team according to targets and KPIs given by management.
    • Meet and exceed quarterly generated targets and KPIs in terms of qualified leads and revenue.
    • Own and develop all aspects of individual new prospects portfolio according to main lead generation development strategy at Tresorit.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions
    • Hand over qualified leads to the Enterprise Consultant (Inside Sales) team.
    • Generate, manage an own lists of acquisitions to transform into leads according to business requirments through lists, social media and other business intelligence tools.

.NET Backend Engineer

Tresorit is seeking an engineer for the team that is responsible for developing the backend service of Tresorit. This is a full-time position based in the Budapest office of Tresorit.

Our team is responsible for:

  • Architecting, designing, developing the massively scalable, reliable and resilient servers our service depends on
  • Deploying, monitoring and operating the service that is run on Microsoft Azure
  • Integration of our service with various third party providers (eg. CRM, support, payment and billing system, email & text message service, etc.)
  • Process, transform and store data for the Business Intelligence team

What is expected of you:

  • Confident knowledge and personal/professional experience in C# development
  • Good understanding of the Azure or AWS stack
  • Solid understanding of micro-service architecture and API platform concepts
  • Confident knowledge on SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge on designing and developing unit, integration, performance, scalability or stress tests using standard tools
  • Great communication skills in English

It is an advantage if you have:
