UX Researcher

Role purpose:

As a User Experience (UX) Researcher, you support core and new product initiatives. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer. User Experience (UX) Researchers work to answer the most challenging questions in design. In this role, you reveal what our current and future users need from our products by conducting primary research, exploring the behaviors and motivations of our users, and working with Designers, Engineers, Business Intelligence, and others to develop new features and products. Most importantly, this role as a researcher is to help the UX team understand what can help to make our products and user workflows more intuitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve our products to be useful, usable and desirable
  • Validate design ideas, collect and analyze user behavior through qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Conducting, organizing and recording remote and face to face user interviews and tests to support design and business decisions
  • Creating feature specifications, summary of user interviews and other documentations
  • Working collaboratively with the UX team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • This is a very hands-on role, and includes managing participant recruitment, data collection, data synthesis and analysis, and delivery of findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Passion for user-centered design
  • At least 1 year of experience in UX research or other (preferably research) efforts in a product development organization
  • Knowledge of a variety of user research methods, principles of interaction design, and human computer interaction.
  • Familiarity with Web analytics and A/B testing
  • Excellent working knowledge of statistics, survey design, interviewing, and the principles of experiment design
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiative.

.NET Backend Engineer

Our team is responsible for:

  • Architecting, designing, developing the massively scalable, reliable and resilient servers our service depends on
  • Deploying, monitoring and operating the service that is run on Microsoft Azure
  • Integration of our service with various third-party providers (e.g. CRM, support, payment and billing system, email & text message service, etc.)
  • Process, transform and store data for the Business Intelligence team

What is expected of you:

  • Quick learner, that is comfortable taking ownership of problems

C++ developer for Core technology

Our team is responsible for:

Developing and maintaining the standalone C++ library that implements most of the client-side functionality of the Tresorit application: data encryption, file synchronization, network communications, user profile handling, logging and many more.

Your tasks:

You will be a part of a team of 7 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Implementing new features throughout the library, from the network to the API level
  • Investigating and fixing defects from an issue-tracking system
  • Improving code quality by creating and extending tests and doing refactoring tasks
  • Using a continuous integration system to test, peer review and commit changes
  • Taking part of decisions regarding architecture and code organization

While providing you autonomy, you will be closely supervised and taught by experienced senior developers throughout the first months of your employment who can help you learn and further improve your skills.

PR manager and chief storyteller

Role purpose:

Tresorit is looking for an exceptional individual to tell our stories through strategic public relations. As the PR Manager of Tresorit, you’ll be managing the delivery and development of our communications strategy, build media campaigns, and manage the day-to-day company presence in media and other channels. You will manage our consumer and B2B communications, and content creation, helping strengthen Tresorit’s position and visibility in key markets and sectors, by creating stories relevant to the cloud security industry, including data protection policies, cybersecurity practices and business cloud strategies.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Create stories about Tresorit and industry moments that are interesting for the media and our target audiences
  • Distribute stories in international general and B2B media, social media and influencer networks
  • Develop and nurture relationship with influencers, journalists, bloggers around the world
  • Support business objectives by producing relevant content in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Define and manage Tresorit’s content calendar
  • Create social media strategy and manage social media channels
  • Write press packs, analyst presentations, landing pages, ads, blog posts, etc

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2-3 years of public relations and media relations experience in-house or in an agency environment required

  • Strong existing relationships with key media influencers in the tech media is a big plus

Outbound Sales Representative

What you will be doing?

  • Your main responsiblities in this desk based role will be:
    • Operating Cold-calling 2.0 in terms of doing outgoing calls and sending out very targeted mails on a semi-automatized way to highly potential customers to schedule and generate high quality leads for sales to our Internal Sales team according to targets and KPIs given by management.
    • Meet and exceed quarterly generated targets and KPIs in terms of qualified leads and revenue.
    • Own and develop all aspects of individual new prospects portfolio according to main lead generation development strategy at Tresorit.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions
    • Hand over qualified leads to the Enterprise Consultant (Inside Sales) team.
    • Generate, manage an own lists of acquisitions to transform into leads according to business requirments through lists, social media and other business intelligence tools.
    • Get involved with all operations, tools, and processes necessary to deliver business results.

Who we are looking for?

German Localization Editor – (part time position)

Role purpose:

The German Localization Editor provides German language localization services for Tresorit products. In this position, you will be a member of the Tresorit localization team and responsible for localizing Tresorit to German audiences. You should be able to verify, edit, and localize all assets including patch notes, security, legal and marketing content. This is a part time position at Tresorit (1-2 working days per week). Freelancers are welcomed to apply.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Translate, review and proofread Tresorit UI strings, Support, Marketing, PR and Legal content
  • Thoroughly QA all localized content and apps to ensure consistent messaging and proper functionality
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, reference material) for the language/German market
  • Communicate efficiently with product team members, marketing teams to align with project requirements and quality standards
  • Provide inputs on UI, UX and design about the German market. Identify and fix linguistic and cultural issues before launch
  • Remain curious about the Tresorit usage and style that works best in your target market. Remain confident that you have the network and research ability to satisfy this curiosity.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in software localization or translation / review for high tech companies
  • Proven track record of high quality translation and localization experience for software applications.
