Our team is responsible for:

  • Architecting, designing, developing the massively scalable, reliable and resilient servers our service depends on

Javascript Developer

Our team is responsible for:

Developing and maintaining the Tresorit’s web related software, including the Tresorit web application, the Tresorit website and underlying infrastructure, the blog, payment system and other web facing frontend systems.

Your tasks:

Manual Tester

Our team is responsible for:

Developing, maintaining and testing the UI for Tresorit’s main application on iOS, Mac, Android, Windows, Linux.

Your tasks:

You will be a part of a team of 8 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Manually test new features on multiple platforms multiple OS versions based on detailed specification
  • Define, update & document test cases for upcoming features in TestRail

Regional Marketing Manager (German native)

About the role:

As the Regional Marketing Manager you will be a key member of the senior marketing team, and will define and drive the demand generation marketing plans for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In collaboration with the PR and event teams and the regional sales organizations, you will translate and adapt our global marketing strategy to the German speaking markets, and execute on the go-to-market plan and the branding and demand generation programs. You will also work with the content marketing, creative and digital marketing teams to put together the best regional based campaigns. An integral part of this job is to devise a multi-channel marketing plan to reach our target markets, and improve our brand awareness there. You will lead the assessment of additional marketing tools and new demand gen programs. The position also includes reporting on program success with well-defined metrics includes tracking, measuring and reporting on the success of each program against overall objectives.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Create an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan specifically for the top of funnel lead acquisition.

About the role:

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing email campaigns and successfully growing the email marketing channel. Further develop the email marketing program to increase customer engagement, drive upsell in the individual user segment, optimize our email communications, and support brand objectives. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be a full-time member of the Customer Marketing team and responsible for shaping our email marketing actions. This role reports to Customer Marketing Team Lead.

Channel Account Manager

About the role:

A ChAM is consulting and managing Tresorit’s Channel Partners in a certain Region, Industry or Vertical. The ChAM will implement and execute our Channel Strategy into assigned territory. This will include amongst others finding and contracting potential partners, build end-user pipeline & revenue with contracted partners, manage the relationship. This role is reports to Head of Sales.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement – local - Channel Partner Program in close cooperation with Head of Sales/Channels.
  • Find, contract new partners and make them ready to market & sell Tresorit (onboarding) through: o Market Analysis (commercially and productwise: customer requirements). o Go To Market Planning and Execution. o Training. o Local marketing activities (lead generation). o Pipeline Building, regular forecasting and quarterly business/revenue planning.

Experienced UX Researcher

Help us to improve our product by collaborating with our teams to learn more about our wide variety of customers from all around the world. Our service is available on 7 different platforms. For various use-cases and industries - you would be the driver of the process to map their journeys and needs and help the product team with your quality insights. Your experience and professional knowledge would be a key to improve or discover processes in user research.

Legal Associate

About the role:

Tresorit is looking for a Legal Associate to provide general support on a variety of legal matters, including IP/IT, commercial contracts, corporate and employment. As a Legal Associate, you would act as trusted advisor on legal issues to Tresorit teams. You would work closely with our Legal and Data Protection Counsel and work across the organization. This is a full-time position based in the Budapest office of Tresorit.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the day-to-day activities of Tresorit from a legal perspective
  • Drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts, participating in contract negotiations
  • Reviewing and updating IT service agreements
  • Active involvement in the development and operation of internal legal processes
  • Employment law advice
  • Following legal developments and the latest cases relevant for the operations of Tresorit

You’re an ideal candidate if:

  • Degree in Law and completed Bar Exam
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably as an in-house counsel
  • You’ve great communication skills both in Hungarian and English
  • You’re a team player, taking responsibility for your work

Information Security Compliance Coordinator

About the role:

Tresorit is looking for an Information Security Compliance Coordinator who is responsible for maintaining information security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) tasks.

In this role you will provide support to Information Security Officer to complete compliance activities, ensure and improve security level across the organization.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and manage internal policy and procedure documentations;
  • Participate in internal audits on different topics;
  • Assist the Information Security Officer in external audits and certification process;
  • Prepare risk assessments and support proper working of control environment;
  • Ensure and improve compliance level of the company for internal rules and external standards.

You’re an ideal candidate if:

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant experience;

Cloud Account Manager (German native)

You will be a part of a team of 15 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • New Opportunities might come from various sources – and will be handed over via a CRM system.
  • Working with our existing business client from the DACH region
  • Enabling them to make the most out of Tresorit’s exiting product
  • Customizing the service to their industry specific needs
  • Working closely with our Enterprise Consultants, Cloud Success Managers, Growth-Hackers, Content- and Acquisition Specialists and our Marketing, Support and Software experts in our Budapest Office
  • Target is to successfully guide new potential customers through the on-boarding- and evaluation phase and close contracts with them.
  • Up-selling to existing enterprise clients
  • He/she will be assigned a certain number of upsell tasks in a given time frame via a CRM system. A business development representative will hand over a list of upsell leads to the Enterprise Sales Representative.
  • His/her tasks is to research the client, analyze the decision-making process at the client and convince the client to increase the commercial business volume with Tresorit.
  • His task will be to collect assess the requirements, discuss possible solutions with the SBR/technical teams at Tresorit and support the client by preparing individual commercial and technical proposals.
  • Diligently keeping track of client interactions in a CRM system
  • Support marketing team in creating area-specific content

Qt UI Developer

About the role:

We’re looking for a new colleague to join the UI development team in the following position: Qt UI Developer

Our team is responsible for: Developing and maintaining the UI for Tresorit’s main application on Linux, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

You will be a part of a team of 8 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Implementing new features based on UI designs, UX prototypes and detailed specification
  • Integrating features provided by our self-developed crypto library and API
  • Writing a clean, well-architected, self-documenting code
  • Investigating and fixing defects from our issue-tracking system
  • Improving code quality by creating and extending tests and doing refactoring tasks
  • Taking part in decisions regarding architecture and code organization

While providing you autonomy, you will be closely supervised and taught by experienced senior developers throughout the first months of your employment who can help you learn and further improve your skills.

Cash Collection Specialist

About the role:

As a Cash Collection Specialist you will be accountable for collecting pending debts using different communication channels, such as e-mail, phone and customer portals. You will also provide an insight to understand the reasons of late- and non-payments.

On a daily basis, your tasks will be:

  • To manage and collect pending debts of late invoices, and proactively checking clients’ accounts
  • To investigate client issues working closely with sales and customer service team
  • To take responsibility for a section of debtors ledger
  • To provide insight in reasons behind late- and non-payments to improve the quality of client engagement and to reduce cost

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and in German
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Ability to communicate with various internal stakeholders and clients
  • Well organized, you can handle and priorities your responsibilities
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • You are interested in finance, experience in cash collection or billing is a plus

Knowledge Manager

About the role:

As a Knowledge Manager, you will be working closely with the Customer Marketing, Product and Sales Enablement teams to keep our sales and customer service reps up to date with the Tresorit product, sales processes, and other topics that are needed to drive productivity and effectiveness. On top of this the function of the role is also to champion organization-wide knowledge sharing. It means that the organization’s know-how, - information about the product and processes – are successfully shared between the stakeholders. This is a full time position and will report to the Revenue Operations Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales Enablement, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product and HR to ensure that the appropriate trainings are developed and delivered including tools and materials, topics such as sales methodology, processes, and Tresorit solutions and capabilities.
  • Cooperate with Marketing and Product departments to define sales business development & enablement curricula for the Tresorit product and solutions, including employee onboarding and Salesforce adoption.
  • Monitor the use of the knowledge base, and report statistics such as the frequency of updates and the number of readers, authors.
  • Develop action plans in light of the monitoring to ensure the organization maximizes the benefit of the knowledge base.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through the organization’s operational business processes and systems.
  • Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of best practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance.
  • Help disseminate information about the organization’s knowledge program to internal audiences, including organizing knowledge events (such as knowledge fairs, workshops).
  • Maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of presentations.
  • Apply a blended learning approach when appropriate for training program initiatives- including live and virtual classes, and video on demand.
  • Increase and track knowledge in product readiness (Tresorit features, pricing and packaging), marketing, sales and customer support knowledge (Tresorit use cases, promotions, sales decks, CRM processes, sales techniques).
  • Conduct assessments and spot check to ensure consistent adoption of sales methodology and other programs.

  • Report and measure onboarding and training effectiveness through business KPIs as well as provides recommendations for further adoption.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related area of study
    • Minimum 3-year experience on the knowledge management or learning and development field
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs for scale
    • Exceptional project and program management skills: prioritization and follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
    • Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge tools and management of successful knowledge sharing problems
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
