Javascript Developer

Our team is responsible for:

Developing and maintaining the Tresorit’s web related software, including the Tresorit web application, the Tresorit website and underlying infrastructure, the blog, payment system and other web facing frontend systems.

Your tasks:

Manual Tester

Our team is responsible for:

Developing, maintaining and testing the UI for Tresorit’s main application on iOS, Mac, Android, Windows, Linux.

Your tasks:

You will be a part of a team of 8 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Manually test new features on multiple platforms multiple OS versions based on detailed specification

Primary responsibilities:

Role purpose:

Tresorit is looking for an exceptional individual to tell our stories through creating engaging content about our services. As the Manager of Content Strategy Development of Tresorit, you’ll be managing the delivery and development of our content strategy. About the role:

As the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager you will define and drive the demand generation marketing plans in collaboration with the PR and event teams and the regional sales organizations to execute on the go-to-market plan and the branding and demand generation programs. You will also work with the content marketing, creative and digital marketing teams to put together the best regional based campaigns. An integral part of this job is to devise a multi-channel marketing plan to reach our target markets, and improve our brand awareness there. Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will oversee all the lead capturing and nurturing programs of Tresorit, and you are responsible for prospects segmentation and communication touch at each state of the buying cycle. You will also lead the Conversion Optimization efforts by setting up 2–4 tests per month to improve the website conversion rate and other steps along the funnel. You will bind together, plan, monitor and optimize our paid media initiatives across various platforms, and will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver performance goals. Analytical, problem solving and creative skills, also knowledge on the latest online marketing trends and technologies are required for this position. Being analytically minded with the ability to track conversion rates and make improvements to the website, a strong understanding of paid search, social media, SEO, and PPC along with the ability to implement these effectively is required.

Primary responsibilities:

You will be a part of a team of 7 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Contracting new Clients
    • He/she will be responsible for acquiring new large SMB and Enterprise Customers for Tresorit.
    • New Opportunities might come from various sources – and will be handed over via a CRM system.
    • The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for researching the potential client and communicating with the potential during the evaluation and trial phase with customized onboarding, customized support, customized info-material and customized offers.
    • Target is to successfully guide new potential customers through the onboarding- and evaluation phase and close contracts with them.
    • Tools used here are: Phone-calls, E-Mail, Videoconferences, Web-Demos, Visits
  • Upselling to existing enterprise clients

English copywriter

About the role:

The English Copywriter creates copy for Tresorit products. In this position, you will be a member of the Tresorit localization team and responsible for creating, evolving and maintaining the English copy of all Tresorit apps. You should be able to verify, edit, and localize all assets including patch notes, security, legal and marketing content. This is a full-time position at Tresorit. This role reports to Customer Marketing Team Lead.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Write and/or proofread Tresorit UI strings, Support, Marketing, PR and Legal content
  • Thoroughly QA all localized content and apps to ensure consistent messaging and proper functionality
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, reference material) for English the language
  • Communicate efficiently with product team members, marketing teams to align with project requirements and quality standards
  • Provide inputs on UI, UX and design about the messaging and copy. Identify and fix linguistic and cultural issues before launch.

  • Create the marketing experience, by taking every facet of the product's journey post-purchase into account.
  • Help to shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base that drives advocacy.

Security Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for a Security Engineer to keep our source code and infrastructure secure.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining tools which continuously scan our source code, our services and local and remote infrastructure for vulnerabilities and automating various (e.g. remediation) tasks
  • Reviewing our source code, infrastructure for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations; keeping up-to-date with the latest security trends
  • Consulting development and IT teams to evaluate and mitigate various risks; handling external vulnerability reports
  • Training our employees for security best practices and giving insights to other teams regarding security-related topics (including e.g. writing blog post content which directly reaches our customers)

Desired qualifications and skills:

Channel Account Manager

About the role:

A ChAM is consulting and managing Tresorit’s Channel Partners in a certain Region, Industry or Vertical. The ChAM will implement and execute our Channel Strategy into assigned territory. This will include amongst others finding and contracting potential partners, build end-user pipeline & revenue with contracted partners, manage the relationship. This role is reports to Head of Sales.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement – local - Channel Partner Program in close cooperation with Head of Sales/Channels.
  • Find, contract new partners and make them ready to market & sell Tresorit (onboarding) through: o Market Analysis (commercially and productwise: customer requirements). o Go To Market Planning and Execution. o Training. o Local marketing activities (lead generation). o Pipeline Building, regular forecasting and quarterly business/revenue planning.
  • Manage and enhance the relationship with the assigned partners
  • Work closely with all related departments within Tresorit.
  • Weekly forecasting.
  • Reach yearly/quarterly business objectives (set by VP of Sales).
  • Support Direct Sales with partner engagements where necessary.

Other direct work-related tasks:

  • Diligently keeping track of client interactions in a CRM system

Salesforce Administrator

About the role:

The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the Marketing team in Tresorit’s Budapest office, dedicated to ensuring that we maximize efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various business needs. The ideal candidate has excellent technical and communication skills who can coordinate directly with internal stakeholders (Operations, Sales and Internal development) to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and solutions, provide on-boarding training, and more.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Drive end-user adoption by assisting in day-to-day Salesforce CRM support, including the management of system upgrades, releases, and change control processes.
  • Respond to issues, change requests, and other administrative needs of Salesforce.com end users.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes and enhancements. Coordinate changes closely with internal developer teams.
  • Develop system documentation and SFDC policies/procedures.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting or merging duplicate records, cleansing and updating inaccurate data.
  • Maintain sandbox environments used for testing and training.
  • Assist in the implementation of security practices by monitoring login and user activity, auditing fields, profile access, security permissions and de-activating unneeded user accounts.

About the role:

We are looking for a new colleague to join us as an Accountant. This role reports directly to the Chief Finance Officer.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role (AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Asset, GL)
  • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts, prepare financial statement
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Responsible for monthly reports, cash-flow management
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system, ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements
  • Complete tax reports and contact the tax authority
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports upon Chief Finance Officer request
