About the role:

Tresorit is seeking a User Interface (UI) Designer to support core and new product initiatives. As a User Interface (UI) Designer, you'll be responsible for creating effortless user interface of a highly secure file sharing and collaboration platform. You'll collaborate with a talented team of designers, engineers, product managers. This is a full-time position based in the Budapest office of Tresorit.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as an essential partner to István Lám (our co-founder and CEO). By managing everything from calendar, correspondence and travel arrangements to personal errands, this highly organized, precise and endlessly resourceful person is responsible for the smooth operation and daily routine of the CEO. Because the role is so dynamic, this person must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions and able to push back confidently when necessary and understand when the CEO has too much on his plate. US Enterprise Sales Representative

About the role:

A US Enterprise Sales Representative is consulting Tresorit’s medium and large-scale enterprise clients in North America (Canada, US).

Primary responsibilities:

  • Contracting new Clients
    • He/she will be responsible for acquiring new large SMB and Enterprise Customers for Tresorit.
    • New Opportunities might come from various sources – and will be handed over via a CRM system.
    • The EC is responsible for researching the potential client and communicating with the potential during the evaluation and trial phase with customized onboarding, customized support, customized info-material and customized offers.
    • Target is to successfully guide new potential customers through the onboarding- and evaluation phase and close contracts with them.
    • Tools used here are: Phone-calls, E-Mail, Videoconferences, Web-Demos, Visits
  • Upselling to existing enterprise clients:
    • He/she will be assigned a certain number of upsell tasks in a given timeframe via a CRM system. A business development representative will hand over a list of upsell leads to the EC.
    • His/her tasks is to research the client, analyze the decision-making process at the client and convince the client to increase the commercial business volume with Tresorit.
    • Tools used here are: Phone-calls, E-Mail, Videoconferences, Web-Demos, Visits, Professional Social Media
  • Supporting Enterprise Requirements:
    • He will be assigned enterprise inquiries for non-standard large-scale solutions, tenders and RFPs.
    • His task will be to collect assess the requirements, discuss possible solutions with the SBR/technical teams at Tresorit and support the client by preparing individual commercial and technical proposals.
  • Other direct work-related tasks:
    • Diligently keeping track of client interactions in a CRM system

Sales Development Representative

About the role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you are an energetic and talented person to promote and drive client interest in Tresorit’s highly secure cloud collaboration platform.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Operating Cold-calling 2.0 in terms of doing outgoing calls and sending out very targeted mails on a semiautomatized way to highly potential customers to schedule and generate high quality leads for sales to our Internal Sales team according to targets and KPIs given by management
  • Meet and exceed quarterly generated targets and KPIs in terms of qualified leads and revenue
  • Own and develop all aspects of individual new prospects portfolio according to main lead generation development strategy at Tresorit
  • Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions
  • Hand over qualified leads to the Enterprise Consultant (Inside Sales) team
  • Generate, manage an own list of acquisitions to transform into leads according to business requirements through lists, social media and other business intelligence tools

German Localization Editor – (part time position)

About the role:

The German Localization Editor provides German language localization services for Tresorit products. In this position, you will be a member of the Tresorit localization team and responsible for localizing Tresorit to German audiences. You should be able to verify, edit, and localize all assets including patch notes, security, legal and marketing content. This is a part time position at Tresorit (1-2 working days per week). Freelancers are welcomed to apply.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Translate, review and proofread Tresorit UI strings, Support, Marketing, PR and Legal content
  • Thoroughly QA all localized content and apps to ensure consistent messaging and proper functionality
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, reference material) for the language/German market
  • Communicate efficiently with product team members, marketing teams to align with project requirements and quality standards
