As a Product Marketing Manager, you shape how we position our services and tell our story to our customers. You will take part in crafting messaging and positioning for our secure cloud service solution.

In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute product/feature launches across cross-functional teams (spanning Product, Marketing, Support, Sales) and related sales enablement
  • Through interviews, surveys, data mining, competitive intelligence and sales data, gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer profiles. Use this insight to build personas of the buyer across various industries, verticals, and business roles

Security Engineer

We are looking for a Security Engineer to maintain and enhance Tresorit’s Infrastructure and Product security.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining systems which continuously scan and monitor our source code, our services and local and remote infrastructure for vulnerabilities and automating various (e.g. remediation) tasks
  • Reviewing our source code, infrastructure for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations; keeping up-to-date with the latest security trends
  • Consulting development and IT teams to evaluate and mitigate various risks; handling external vulnerability reports; react to attacks

HR Manager (maternity cover for 1 year)

Your responsibilities will be to manage the HR team and cover the following areas:

Objectives of this Role:

Manage the HR team

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partners and Senior Payroll Specialist
  • Act as a mentor and help the growth of the team members, providing guidance and advice.


Planning and organizing

  • Define the HR strategy based on business strategy and professional forecasts.
  • Set goals and schedule tasks/projects to ensure the fulfillment and execution of the above strategy.


Employer branding

  • Drive the strategy for developing Tresorit’s brand and spread our story together with our Talent Acquisition Lead


Employee engagement

  • Maintain and develop the company culture.
  • Manage the performance management cycle.
  • Make sure that we explore learning and development opportunities.
  • Drive and measure employee satisfaction survey.


Legal & administration

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable legal requirements and conducting investigations.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with leadership, fostering trust and promoting collaboration to help drive their people strategy and increase business results.
  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training and counseling managers to coach and discipline employees.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or HR
  • 5+ years of experience in senior level HR positions
  • Experience in representing, business partnering and influencing leaders, both technical and non-technical
  • Experience in Employer branding projects
  • Experience in driving people programs including performance management and development, employee relations, compensation review process, HR compliance
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills both in Hungarian and in English
  • Exceptional skills for empathy, problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Good awareness of the IT industry and the latest technology trends is a big advantage
