Enterprise-ready Tresorit recognized in Gartner® Peer Insights'™ Voice of the Customer' Content Collaboration Tools report

Gartner report lists Tresorit as a Strong Performer for Large Enterprise (1B – 10B USD) and Customers' Choice for Mid-size Enterprises (1B – 10B USD).

In addition, customer reviews analyzed in the report show Tresorit offers a better deployment and support experience than competing solutions.

In February, we were happy to announce that Tresorit had been named a 2022 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers' Choice for Content Collaboration Tools. Gartner has now released its full Gartner Peer Insights' Voice of the Customer' Content Collaboration Tools report, showcasing the data and methodology behind their categorization.

Overall ratings

Diving into the numbers, we're excited to reveal that with an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5, Tresorit received the highest score among all shortlisted solutions, outstripping huge names such as Microsoft and Google. Our users were also the most likely to recommend us to others among solutions named Customers' Choice, with 98% of reviewers willing to recommend Tresorit.

We have believed that end-to-end encryption is the answer to myriad security concerns from day one. However, we also know that solutions are only secure if they are easy to use. This is why we couldn't be happier to see these numbers and get confirmation from our partners that Tresorit truly does make security simple.

Among these detailed charts, Tresorit is listed as Customers' Choice in the Mid-size Enterprise segment (yearly revenue 50 M – 1B USD). We are also Strong Performers in the Large Enterprise segment (1B – 10B USD).

Looking at geographics, Tresorit has been designated Customers' Choice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. On the other side of the pond, Tresorit is listed as a Strong Performer in North America, offering a secure alternative to major providers such as Google, Microsoft, and FileCloud, the Customers' Choice providers in the region.

What the numbers say

Review histograms that show a snapshot of shortlisted companies' ratings at the time of the report show that Tresorit received the highest ratio of 5-point overall reviews (75%) among shortlisted providers.

A breakdown of the results shows that our users rated the Tresorit deployment and support experiences highly. Our 4.7 ratings in these categories are the highest achieved in the report. We are excited to see our commitment to simple deployment and ease of use reflected so clearly in the Gartner® Voice of the Customer Report. Finally, we're happy to see that users are satisfied with our security-minded feature set. A score of 4.6 confirms that our robust core offerings still provide us opportunities to improve.
