Central Admin Control
Tresorit's Admin Center helps you oversee what happens to files within your company. With Tresorit you can:
Define security policies
The owner and admins of a Tresorit Business Account can apply policy templates to a set of users and create different policies to each template. Policy templates include: 2-Step Verification, IP filtering, Timeout policies, Allowed Devices and Sharing policies.
Monitor device and user statistics
Admins can monitor and decide which devices are allowed to be used to access files within your company, and where users are allowed to log into the company account to safeguard business-critical documents.
Revoke access from users and devices
Tresorit's Advanced Control enables Tresorit Business admins to enhance the security of their organization by resetting their users' lost passwords and revoke access from lost or stolen devices.
Protect lost devices
With Tresorit, you can add additional authentication steps, unlink the device from your account and wipe the files in case a device gets lost or stolen.
Tresorit empowers you to take collaboration to the next level:
- It allows you to set up team folders and decide who can manage, add, edit or view your data.
- It enables you to keep track of changes by your collaborators, solve version conflicts and use unlimited file versioning to roll back to any previous version.
- With Tresorit's link based file sharing, you can replace unsecure email attachments and other file transfer methods, and share files or folders with people outside your company easily and securely. You can also keep control by setting up download limits, expiration dates, and password for extra protection.
Tresorit dismantles the mobility barriers of file servers, as it allows users to access files from any device, from anywhere; at home, on the move. Files can be accessed on the go from Tresorit's mobile app or via the Tresorit Web Access. Users can also download the Tresorit desktop application for an improved experience and easy file syncing between their devices. The application runs in the background, making sure that all files are up‑to‑date. More about mobility

Save Costs and Storage Space
When using file servers, not only you have to purchase the software, you also have to dedicate human resources for the regular maintenance of the servers. Tresorit ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your files without any of these burdens and at a fraction of the total cost of an on premise file server. Tresorit Drive also allows you to save space on your devices as you can access files in the cloud from desktop file managers without downloading and syncing them.

Tresorit helps your business to manage data online in a GDPR compliant way. The GDPR highlights encryption as one of the technology measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Furthermore, the GDPR requires data controllers to further process data with third-party processors in a compatible way with the original legal basis. From Tresorit’s perspective, the content of the files is not considered personal data because of our end-to-end encryption. This means that you don't need to inform or ask for the consent of your clients for managing their data in files processed with Tresorit. In addition, Tresorit stores your files on European servers, which is also a huge step towards GDPR compliance. More about GDPR
