Tresorit – Free Offer Terms (Tresorit eSign)

These terms and conditions (these "Terms") govern your use of the Tresorit eSign Free Offer that Tresorit may offer from time to time. These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Terms of Service and the eSign Specific Terms. Capitalized terms that are used and not defined in these Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service and/or the eSign Specific Terms.

  1. Promotional offer: The Tresorit eSign Free Offer ("Promotion") is made available by Tresorit as advertised and subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.

  2. Eligibility: Customers that satisfy the following conditions will automatically be enrolled to the Promotion: (i) Customers who have an active paid business Service Plan to the Tresorit Services, or (ii) subscribe to a free trial to the Tresorit Services, and provide Tresorit with a valid and current payment method that is approved by Tresorit.

  3. Availability and expiration: Customer must be enrolled to the Promotion before the applicable expiration date advertised, if any. Except where prohibited by law, Tresorit reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason, in which case we will not honour subsequent Promotion enrollments.

  4. Restrictions: The Promotion may be subject to additional restrictions as advertised, such as limitations on the number of eSignatures that can be used per Customer. If promotional eSignatures are exhausted, to continue the use of the eSign Services, Customer will need to subscribe to the paid eSign Services. The Promotion is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or other value, and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

  5. No warranties or guarantees: Customer understands and acknowledges that the Promotion is considered as a Free Service under the Terms of Services and is subject to the disclaimers and limitations as provided therein.

  6. Changes: Tresorit may modify or amend these Terms at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use following any such modifications or amendments shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications or amendments.
