CATIC employees process a wide range of sensitive documents daily — from policies and legal opinions to tax forms. Although OneDrive served internal needs, external sharing was cumbersome and raised compliance concerns.

Building on the success of Claims and Legal, the compliance team adopted Tresorit for handling highly sensitive tax documents including 1099s and bookkeeping files. By leveraging the File Request feature, agents securely submit documents via upload links. Files are then automatically processed and archived through integration with the organization’s document repository software.
